How does the free trial work?

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Xoxoday Empuls is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Data security and ownership?
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. Xoxoday Empuls is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through the credit cards, netbanking, wire transfers and cheques. Payments can be done in multiple currencies.
Why business Email is needed during signup?
Empuls is best suited for employees in an organisation. Hence, we expect that sign-ups are from the official email id. This helps our sales teams to reach out to the right sign-ups.
Do we require a specific user training?
No. Specific training is not required to start with Empuls. Empuls is a DIY platfrom and support articles are available on docs.xoxoday.com.
How is the payment done to update the account from free trial?
After your free trial is over, you would be notified of it and asked if you would like to update. Empuls accept payments through the credit cards via stripe.
What if a trial is cancelled?
If you cancel your subscription before your trial period gets over, you won’t be charged anything.
Can a subscription be paused?
